Apabila SIM yang telah melebihi masa berlakunya, bisa di proses di SATPAS / POLRES masing masing sesuai domisili KTP dengan cara mengajukan permohonan pembuatan SIM baru.
Waktu perpanjangan di SIM keliling dimulai pukul 08.00 s/d selesai.
Surat keterangan sehat yang menyatakan sehat jasmani, tidak buta warna, tidak tuli dan tidak cacat, visus mata jarak pandang.
